📦 Return Eligibility
At Canvas By Priya, all products are handcrafted and customized with care. Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.
- Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide a clear unboxing video as proof
- Video should show the package being opened from start to finish
🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a replacement or resolution, customers must record a proper unboxing video and share it on our official support number.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims
- No claims will be accepted without proper proof
- Video must clearly show damage and packaging condition
🚚 Return Shipping (Important)
In case of damaged products, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable
- Customer must ensure safe packaging while returning the product
🔧 Repair / Replacement Policy
Once the returned product is received and verified:
- Canvas By Priya will repair the damaged product and send it back to the customer
- Replacement or resolution will be provided only after proper inspection
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are customized, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Minor variations in handmade products
